  • If you are a Smoker or Drinker just quit it first which can keep you away from hypertension.
  • Work in cool environment never take stress at workplace which can increase blood pressure.
  • Try to go for fitness activities like aerobics,yoga,group fitness activities which can free you from stress and lowers hypertension.
  • Overweight can also increase blood pressure in body so try to shed your extra pounds.
  • Reduce the intake of salt in your daily diet.
  • Regular exercises are must never give them a hand.
  • Maintain a healthy diet which is free from fatty substances.
